PJ Pan brings over 15 years of experience across China's financial services landscape. His career spans microfinance for underserved communities in rural China, auto finance product development, and a senior role at American Express within the global card network — giving him a rare vantage point across both grassroots SME finance and institutional-grade global payments infrastructure.
This combination of ground-level empathy and institutional expertise is what shaped the PJN model: a network that is rigorous enough for global institutions, yet accessible enough for the SMEs that need it most.

PJ Pan begins mapping the pain points of Chinese outbound SMEs in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UAE through direct interviews with founders and financial institutions.
Network Formation
First cohort of certified network members onboarded, spanning digital banks and tax advisory firms across Hong Kong and Singapore.
Digital Infrastructure
Launch of the PJN digital platform, enabling standardised service matching, document workflows, and transaction tracking for network members and SME clients.
Network Expansion
Network expands to include family offices and corporate banking partners in the UAE, UK, and Australia. AI-assisted service routing introduced for high-frequency enquiries.
Scale & Deepen
Continued expansion of certified members across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Focus on deepening service quality and transaction fulfilment capabilities.
